Terms

1. The product. Each collection consists of 20 AI-created pre-wedding photographs produced under the creative direction of Pengyu Official and reviewed by our studio before release. Photographs are digital files; no physical goods are included. Physical albums are coming soon and are not part of this purchase.

2. Payment. Prices are shown in Singapore dollars and charged securely at checkout. Production begins only after payment is confirmed and your reference photographs have been accepted.

3. Reference photographs. You confirm that you hold the rights and the permission of every person shown to submit the reference photographs you upload, and that they are used solely to create your collection.

4. Revisions. One revision round is included. It may cover up to 3 photographs, and all requests in that round must be submitted together.

5. Delivery. Standard digital delivery through your private online album is included. A1 Print-Ready files are an optional paid upgrade at US$7 per photograph or US$35 for the full album of 20, prepared individually after purchase.

6. Availability of files. Files remain available for 5 days after each applicable release. You are responsible for downloading and backing up your files within that period. After expiry, files are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

7. Nature of AI imagery. AI-created imagery may contain minor imperfections. Every photograph is checked by a human before release, but exact reproduction of any feature, garment or location is not guaranteed.
