AI Image Policy

How collections are created. Your photographs are AI-created from the reference photographs you supply, under the creative direction of Pengyu Official. No travel or photoshoot takes place.

Your likeness. Reference photographs are used solely to create your collection and are stored privately. You must hold the rights and permission to submit every photograph you upload.

Human review. Every photograph is reviewed by a member of our studio before it is released to you. AI-created imagery may still contain minor imperfections; one included revision round lets you request changes to up to three photographs.

Retention. Delivered files remain available for five days after each release and are then permanently deleted. Please download and back them up before expiry.
