Privacy Policy

Information collected. We collect the account and order information you provide, the bride and groom reference photographs you upload, wardrobe and style preferences, revision requests, and technical/order details needed to create and deliver your collection.

Reference photographs. Your reference photographs are used to preserve your natural appearance and body proportions, and to produce, quality-check, revise and fulfil the album you purchased. You confirm that you have the rights and permission to upload every photograph you provide.

AI processing. Your reference photographs and relevant production inputs may be processed by third-party AI service providers to create the images you ordered. We select providers we consider reliable, but we do not control their infrastructure or retention practices.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card details. We retain the transaction and order records we need for accounting, fulfilment, customer support and legal purposes.

Storage and security. Customer references, generated images and delivery files are kept in private, access-restricted storage with reasonable safeguards. No online storage is completely risk-free, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Delivery retention. Standard and A1 Print-Ready delivery files are available for download for five days from the applicable release. When A1 is purchased after the standard album is released, the A1 files have their own five-day window. Please download and back up your files before expiry. Expired delivery files are deleted and may not be recoverable.

Reference deletion. Reference photographs may be kept while they are still needed for production, quality review, revisions, A1 preparation and the applicable delivery workflows. They are deleted once those requirements are complete and all relevant delivery windows have expired.

Production files. Internal production, generation and quality-review files may be retained separately for legitimate operational, troubleshooting, audit, security or dispute purposes. The retention period for those files has not yet been finalised.

Your rights. You may contact us to ask about access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to withdraw consent where applicable. Some records may still need to be kept to complete active services, meet business or legal obligations, protect security or handle disputes.

Service providers and lawful disclosure. We use trusted service providers for cloud storage, AI processing and payments. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or users, or to prevent fraud or security issues.
